A business owner from San Francisco, CA called wanting to know how they could remove a colony of bats from one of their properties. We explained that there is no service that can come remove bats, but they can perform a humane exclusion between late December and early January after all the bats have migrated. We explain how this can be done  using the instructions on our website. We also provided the names of rescuers in the area in case they find any downed bats in the meantime.
