A man in Whitehouse, TX, found three baby bats on a bush, most likely orphaned. They were dehydrated and emaciated.  We provided guidance on how to safely contain the bats and located a bat-trained rescuer in the finder’s area. The babies were transferred to a rescuer where they will be hand-raised and released when old enough to survive.
