A red bat and her two babies were found under a tree in a homeowners yard in The Woodlands, Texas. The bats had likely been chased from a tree by a blue jay but were thankfully uninjured. We provided guidance as seen on this link on how to get the small family back into a tree. We also asked the caller to please let us know if any babies were abandoned so we could rescue them and hand raise them if needed.
