Juvenile red bat was found grounded in Ft. Worth, Tx.  The finder was provided with guidance on how to safely contain the bat and were put in contact with several rescuers in the area. The bat was transferred to Bat World Midcities, received injections of warmed electrolytes, a meal, a checkup. The bat will be cared for at Bat World MidCities until assessed for hopeful release back to the wild.
