An evening bat arrived at Bat World MidCities after being found grounded in Houston, TX.  A transport volunteer made the 8 hour round-trip run to South Houston to get him to us for treatment. He has a large hematoma on this right wing, which should resolve over the next few weeks. There do not appear to be any fractures, so we are cautiously optimistic that he will make a full recovery and be released.
