A small Mexican free-tail was found trapped inside of a hotel in Mineral Wells, Texas. The hotel staff, having dealt with wayward bats in the past, knew to get him contained and give us a call. We sent a staff member right away to pick the little one up, and he was brought back to the sanctuary. After a check up, he was deemed healthy, and released back to the wild later that night.
