A small yellow bat fell from his roost in a palm tree during a freeze in Corpus Christi, Texas. The finder kept the injured bat for a few days and thankfully did not touch the bat with bare hands. Eventually the finder contacted us, and we immediately set up transport to get the bat to Bat World MidCities. The bat will be cared for until he heals, and he will be released once temperatures warm back up.
