At a local boutique in Mineral Wells, Texas, 3 bats were discovered through the shop while the owner was opening for the day. Of the 3 found, one was unfortunately deceased upon discovery. We provided guidance on how to safely contain the bats and sent a transport volunteer right away. The bats were brought to us where they will be assessed for hopeful release back to the wild.
