A big brown bat was found inside of a home in Toledo, Ohio. The bat was uninjured  and likely flew into the home by accident during the night but was unable to find their way back out. We provided guidance on how to safely contain the bat and then releasing him at nightfall after the sun has gone down, by taking the box outside, placing it up on something high, then turning it on its side so the bat can fly off.
