A homeowner in Toledo, OH found a crevice bat lying on the ground outside their home late in the night. The finder followed the instructions on our website and used gloves to safely contain the bat in a secure shoe box. We located a bat trained rescuer in the finder’s area, where the bat was then transferred where he will be assessed for hopeful release back into the wild.
