A caller from Charlotte, NC found a bat on the ground and quickly jumped to action, using gloves to scoop the little bat into a box. We located a bat-trained rescuer in the finder’s area. The bat was transferred to a rescuer where he/she will be assessed for hopeful release back to the wild.
