A baby bat was found on the floor of a homeowner in Namibia. The colony was close by and the baby was calling for mom. The finder knew where the colony was so we instructed him to use a long stick with a t-0shirt around one end, then attach the baby to the shirt and lift her up to her mother. The finder reported back that the baby was successfully reunited with her mom, who was looking for her pup when he listed her up to the colony.
