Two moms and their pups were dislodged during the trimming of palm fronds in Henderson, LA. Thankfully, none of the bats were injured. The homeowner called us for help, and fortunately, had another palm tree about 10 feet from the one that had been trimmed. We guided the homeowner on how to place the moms and their pups into the new tree at about the same height as their original roost. The homeowner is going to call us back in the morning in the event the moms abandon their pups, and in that case they will be transferred to a rescuer.
