A homeowner in Flatwoods, KY noticed something fall from the ceiling in her home, and was shocked when she realized it was a baby bat. The finder quickly used a towel to place the pup safely in a secure box, and as she was doing so noticed the little one had an injured wing. We  located a bat-trained rescuer in the finder’s area and baby was transferred to a rescuer where he/she will be hand-raised and released when old enough to survive.
