A big brown bat was roosting behind a bird house when he was accidentally sprayed from his roosting site by a homeowner. The homeowner gave us a call to see how she could help, and we provided guidance on how to safely contain the bat and located a bat-trained rescuer in the finder’s area. Unfortunately, the bat crawled away before he could be contained.
