A bat pup was found grounded by a person going for a walk in a cemetery in Indianapolis, IN. We provided guidance on how to safely contain the pup and located a rescuer in the local area. The baby was transferred to the rescuer where it will be hand raised and assessed for hopeful release when the bat is old enough to survive in the in the wild.
