A lady in Baker, ID, found a brown bat roosting outside of her home. Thankfully the bat was uninjured and likely just roosting in the area. We provided guidance on how to safely contain the bat and as well as instructions on how to release the bat at nightfall after the sun has gone down, by taking the box outside, placing it up on something high, then turning it on its side so the bat can fly off.
