A homeowner in Los Angeles, CA found a grounded bat in her backyard. We provided guidance on how to safely contain the bat and located a bat-trained rescuer in the finder’s area. The bat was transferred to a rescuer where he/she will be assessed for hopeful release back to the wild.

Texas – juvenile bat trapped in dress shop
A juvenile free-tailed bat was trapped in a dress shop in Mineral Wells, TX. We rescued the bat, who is thin but in good shape. She will receive supportive care until she gains weight and can be released.
