A woman rescued a bat caught by a cat in Yuba City. She safely contained the bat and called us for help. Unfortunately, the bat was deceased. Please know that we like cats as well. Outside of feral, cats should not be allowed to roam outside and create havoc with defenseless wildlife. Please consider a “catio” or screened porch to allow your furry feline friend to enjoy the fresh air without risking their safety or endangering the small wild animals who may be passing by.
