Two insect bat pups fell from a roost in Brazil, and were unable to be reunited with their mother. No rescuer was in the area, however, the finder was trained in veterinary work. We provided guidance as well as book chapters on caring for orphaned insectivorous bats, housing, nutrition and releasing pups back to the wild when they are ready.
