Two bats were spotted clinging to a homeowners window screen near Green Valley, AZ. The caller was concerned as they appeared to not have moved in 24 hours. However, the bats appear uninjured and well groomed. We explained that roosting inside window screens is typical behavior for migrating bats and since the weather is warm they should move on in a day or so. We added that if they don’t fly away in the next few days the homeowner should call us back.
