A man in Rupert, OH, found 2 orphaned baby bats under a tree in his backyard. The baby bats were very dehydrated and emaciated. We guided how to safely contain the bats and located a bat-trained rescuer in the finder’s area. The babies were transferred to a rescuer where they will be hand-raised and released when old enough to survive.
