A home owner in Montgomery, TX came home to find a bat hanging low on the side of his house. When the frightened little bat saw the finder, it attempted to fly away but fell onto the ground. Realizing the bat had a possible injured wing, the home owner quickly used a towel to contain the bat in a box and have us a call. We located a bat-trained rescuer in the finder’s  area. The bat was transferred to a rescuer where he/she will be assessed for hopeful release back to the wild.
