A dehydrated Mexican free-tail was found grounded inside of some abandoned apartments in Mineral Wells, Texas.  These apartments are being checked by Bat World staff daily in order to ensure all bats living within are healthy. This bat will stay with us for a few days while regaining strength, and then will get to return to her colony.
