A person reported a man in Victoria, TX, using glue traps to capture bats roosting in the eves of his home. He throws the glue trap into the sun in the yard, with the bats screaming for help until they die. He also throws the glue traps with living bats on them into the garbage to die of smothering and dehydration. Bat World is working with the homeowner to secure humane exclusion of the bats in September after all pups are weaned and flying.
