A pregnant bat was found grounded and crawling under a BBQ grill in Mineral Wells, TX. We sent a transport volunteer right away to collect the mother bat, who was thankfully in good shape and simply too large to fly well. The bat was brought to us where she will be assessed for hopeful release back to the wild after she has and raises her pup.
