A bat was found in a store parking lot in Horn Lake, MS. We provided guidance on how to safely contain the bat and located a bat trained rescuer in the finder’s area.  The bat was transferred to a rescuer where it he/she will be assessed and receive lifetime sanctuary as he/she will likely not be releasable.
