A red bat was found under a tree in Denton, TX and was rescued by Bat World MidCities. Thankfully he was uninjured but was found to be thin and dehydrated. After an injection of warmed electrolytes and a little supper, he was feeling much better. He’ll stay with us until the weather warms up enough for him to fly free again.
