A bat was found flying inside of a church in Crown Point, Indiana. 

We provided guidance on how to safely contain the bat and then release him at nightfall after the sun has gone down, by taking the box outside, placing it up on something high, then turning it on its side so the bat can fly off. We also provided the finder with contact information for several local bat trained rescuers in the event that the bat is not able to fly away safely.
