Two red bat pups were found hanging on to their deceased mother in Monterey, Tennessee. We provided guidance on how to safely contain the bats and located several bat trained rescuers in the finder’s area. The babies were transferred to a rescuer where they will be hand-raised and released back to the wild when they are old enough to survive on their own.
