2 Big Brown bats were found inside of a homeowners basement in Newburgh, New York. The finder immediately contained the bats using gloves and a cardboard box, and began searching for a rescuer. Struggling to find someone to accept them, a friend of the finder reached out to us for help. The bats were then transferred to a rescuer where they will be assessed for release in the spring.
