Texas- bat fallen from roost

October 31

A lone Mexican free-tail fell from his roost due to the cold snap in Graham, Texas. The finder immediately gave us a call for further help. We provided guidance on how to safely contain the bat and sent a transport volunteer right away. The bat was brought to us where he will be assessed for hopeful release back to the wild.
