Two baby red bats were found inside a homeowner’s garage in Richardson, TX. It appears that the mother bat flew into the garage, had her babies, then flew away. We provided guidance on how to safely contain the pups and located a Bat World Sanctuary trained rescuer in the finder’s area. The bats were transferred to our rescuer where they will be hand raised and released when they are old enough to survive on their own.
