Shipping Policies

Shipping Method

We offer shipping by United States Parcel Service (USPS) Priority Mail and Express Mail to the United States, Armed Forces and US Territories only. Our apologies, but as of 10/15/2013 we no longer offer International Shipping due to the extreme increase in International postage, the delay in packages arriving or never arriving at all, and the fees imposed to the buyer (including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer’s country).

Timing of Shipments

In most cases your order will be shipped the same day or the next business day after placing your order (however, please also see our back order policy below). If you choose Priority Mail shipping your item will arrive three to five days after placing your order. Express mail shipping placed before noon central time will arrive the next business day.

Tracking Your Order (Express mail only)

When your order ships by Express mail, you will receive an email confirming shipment to the same email address you used when placing your order. This email will contain instructions on how to track your order.

Back Orders

We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time (although 99% of the time we do). If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within one week, we will contact you with details of the back order and when your item will ship. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, please feel free to email us at orders@batworld.org or call us at 940-325-3404 to ensure your order reaches its destination as soon as you need it.
